July 1st, 2012 at 9:19 amme and my family are double celebrating 4th of july this year so i know it will be even more special my daughter who is 4 just won her battle against cancer and it’s right to celebrate on her favorite holiday were gonna have a pool party with the works then do fire works and watch the big ones
July 1st, 2012 at 11:46 amI am a Navy Wife and I have had the privledge of experiencing 4th of July celebrations done on an epic scale by some of the biggest military bases in the world. But the best ones have always been the ones where my family was together and my husband was home. Just us in the back yard with family, cooking out, watching the kids with sparklers or trecking down to the waterfront to watch the local fireworks show.

Celebrating what our Military men and women sacrifice every day for us. I have three children serving right now and I was able to watch the fireworks with two of them this year. That’s my favorite thing, family.
